At Crispvero™, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. We offer a 30-day trial from the date your order is delivered.

Our 30-Day Trial

If your Crispvero frying pot isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

You may reasonably try the pot during this period. Normal signs of careful trial use will not automatically disqualify your return.

For a change-of-mind return:

• Return the pot with its included lid, thermometer, draining rack and other supplied components.

• Thoroughly clean and dry all components, removing cooking oil and food residue.

• Pack everything securely. Original packaging is preferred, but suitable protective packaging is acceptable.

• Send the return within 14 days after we provide return instructions.

Damage caused by misuse, overheating, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications is not covered by our voluntary trial.

Have your order number, the name used at checkout and your reason for returning the item ready.

We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending your parcel so it reaches the correct location.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, including choosing the wrong size, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage.

If we sent an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label where a return is needed.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. Please stop using an item if you believe it may be unsafe.

Our 30-day trial does not limit any rights you have concerning faulty goods after that period.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will inspect it and contact you about the outcome within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, we refund the product price paid and applicable product taxes. Any separately charged original delivery fee is not refundable unless required by law. If your order qualified for free shipping, we will not deduct an undisclosed outbound shipping charge.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we will refund applicable delivery charges where appropriate or required by law.

If we believe a return does not qualify, we will explain the reason and discuss the available options before taking further action.

Exchanges

To request a different pot size, call us. Exchanges depend on stock availability, and we will explain any price difference and shipping costs before proceeding.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a promotional or discounted price receive the same return rights under this policy. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If it has not been dispatched, we will arrange cancellation and a refund. If it has already been dispatched, we will explain the available return options.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy provides additional benefits and does not exclude or restrict rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. Where those laws provide greater protection, they take priority.
